The sandwiches are food and pretty healthy. The problem they have is even during peek hours they usually have just one employee working. That can really slow down getting your sandwich. They do have DINE IN Service.
I have been trying to call my order in for over 1/2 hour and the phone continues to ring. Why?
I have never seen a more unfriendly staff. The guy had greasy hair and looked high af. The woman was ok and did work a lot harder than the guy but it was still a bad experience. Whoever owns it needs to invest in better staff
Don’t order with the app. They don’t make it correctly. Wasted money. Plus when you try to call their phone number it is disconnected so you can’t get a hold of them. I’m disappointed. Next time my family is choosing Jimmy Johns. Never have issues with them.
Went in because I got a coupon for a bogo offer. Was charged an additional 5.99 for something I didn't receive, didn't notice until I got home and it's not worth the drive back up to argue with them about it. The lady there works pretty hard, only good thing to say about it
